Thankfully, with the search data from March 2026, artists don't have to guess anymore. I found the most searched subjects as well as general terms that you should be adding to EVERY listing.
The most searched terms in March 2026 related to ACEO Art Cards are, unsurprisingly:

Art: 11,580
Card: 9,140
This means that ALL of your ACEO Art Card listings should have all three of these terms in the title for maximum visibility regardless of subject or medium.
The most searched subjects honestly surprised me. I had made guesses based on which of my own cards seemed to sell the most, but I was wildly off.
The most searched ACEO subjects in March 2026 are:
Witch: 3560
Fox: 2070
Angel: 2070 (SAME amount of searches as fox, both are #2)
Floral: 1540
I honestly would not have guessed any of these. I had been selling opossums and mice so much more than other subjects that I assumed they'd be up there, but nope.
